Nourished You

Hi, I’m Daisy, and my journey into holistic health coaching is deeply personal. From a young age, I struggled with my own health issues—constant allergies, asthma, joint pain, weight fluctuations, and digestive problems. These issues evolved into more serious conditions later in life, such as excruciating autoimmune endometriosis, hair loss, low thyroid, cystic acne, nerve pain, migraines, depression, anxiety, and an ADHD diagnosis as the cherry on top. My mom also suffered from severe health problems; her liver failure at birth, trauma, malnourishment, and a severe back injury led to a lifetime of unanswered medical questions. This further fueled my passion for finding real solutions. Ever since I was a little girl, I was in constant doctor visits, either for myself or as a translator for my mom.

I’ve also experienced the heartbreak of losing several family members to cancer, which deeply touched me and reinforced my commitment to discovering ways to genuinely feel healthy, not just appear it. These personal struggles, combined with the health challenges faced by my clients, have driven me to continuously seek answers beyond conventional nutrition and fitness.

My interest in health began as a freshman in high school when I led Zumba classes, sold Herbalife, and did P90X at 6 AM with friends. Eventually, I even became vegan, and later a raw vegan, in an effort to relieve my symptoms. My career in the Health and Fitness Industry didn’t start, however, until I was 18, when I became a personal trainer and started a college course in Kinesiology and Nutrition. With my newfound knowledge, I focused on clean eating and weight lifting. However, the “healthy” lifestyle I was leading continued to cause me hormonal issues. Disappointed by the conventional world and with health issues that were only getting worse, I dug deeper. This led me to explore functional training, and biohacking. Despite these efforts, I would only get temporary relief before my health worsened. In this journey, I discovered Scott Sonnon’s work and got certified in three of his modalities, which use the nervous system to stay within a client’s window of tolerance during workouts, aka intentional stress. This, along with the work of other holistic health pioneers, reshaped my entire approach to health and wellness.

What makes my approach unique is my commitment to validating and hearing my clients. I believe the body is incredibly smart and does everything for a reason, communicating in its own way. By working with the body and the nervous system, we can address the root causes of health issues and achieve true wellness. Mindfulness is also a key component of my approach, integrating mindful nutrition, mindful fitness, and a mindful lifestyle to enhance overall well-being.

I offer personalized one-on-one coaching focusing on Lifestyle, Nutrition, and Movement. My holistic approach addresses habits, thoughts, environment, trauma, metabolism, physical fitness, breathwork, and recovery, all aimed at regulating the nervous system from the ground up.

I’m passionate about helping others live their healthiest, happiest lives. I love seeing the excitement and relief in my clients when they start to experience real results. Beyond coaching, I enjoy cooking, especially putting a healthy twist on traditional Mexican dishes. I also love camping, ballroom and salsa dancing, and anything under the sun.
