What to Expect

Weekly Mindful Check in’s :
Our weekly check-ins allow us to monitor your progress closely, answer any questions, and make necessary adjustments to your plan. By bringing weekly awareness through journal entries, called Mindful Memos, we can decipher what creates balance and regulation and what does the opposite. This information enables me to personalize your healing approach based on where you are in life and your healing journey. While stress is inevitable, increasing our tolerance to it helps us live more regulated lives, focusing our energy on what brings us joy and peace.

Nervous System Monitoring:
You will learn how to listen to your body and monitor your nervous system's movement towards safety. By doing the Mindful Memo’s for 2-3 consecutive days each week, you'll gain insights into how your habits impact your overall well-being. With this technique we further refine what Nourishes you consistently and what doesn’t. As your coach ill guide you on how to listen to the wisdom in your body so that you can be empowered to be your OWN best coach.

Program Structure

Initial 1-Hour Consultation:
Our journey begins with a 1-hour consultation where we lay the foundation for your personalized program. We'll discuss your goals, your current health status, and how you got here. This session is about meeting your body where it's at and planning the path forward.

Bi-Weekly 30-Minute Zoom Sessions:
Every other week, we will have a 30-minute Zoom session to outline your successes, address challenges, and answer any questions you may have. These sessions are crucial for maintaining momentum and ensuring you have a clear direction. We will discuss your progress and provide tailored advice for the coming week. These sessions are essential for tracking your journey, addressing any concerns, and ensuring you stay on the path to success.

I use mindfulness techniques that speak to YOU, together we find which approach your nervous system craves, to help keep it in a state of safety more often. By practicing these mindfulness techniques, you can cultivate a sense of calm and reduce the impact of stress on your body. Mindful movement is about bringing awareness back into your body, meeting it where it’s at, and introducing the correct amount of novelty for progress. My expertise in TACFIT, Somatics, Neuro-Mobility, and corrective exercises ensures that you move in ways that promote healing, strength, and flexibility.
